Return/Exchange

Regarding refund or exchange of goods

Print & fill in the "Return form" that you received per email from us. (Have you received together with Tracking)
For the right of return, write on the invoice: Will use the 14-day right of return.
In case of defective parts: Write what is wrong and how it happened, preferably send an email with a video.
When exchanging for another product, it must be written on the invoice which product is desired or a link to the website.
Write Reg. & account no. on invoice
We check defective goods and, if necessary, send new if this is the case.

ATTENTION - Pay attention to the following:

As a customer, you pay for the retuning of the item yourself (14-day right of return/Exchange) Qualitec pays the shipping for defective items.
Send the item DIRECTLY to our address - If you send it to a package shop and we have to pick up the package, we will offset DKK 150.
