    Whose motor control

The steering is extremely good and of the highest quality, which is a pleasure to work with for professional and garage "tuners". Buy the steering here and get lots of help and support in the bargain ..!

Whose engine controllers come with LSU 4.9 probe when lambda probe is selected. Remember to see assembly instructions .

    Choosing Options Help:

    Switching Outputs:
When choosing how many ignition outputs to use, be aware that there are options to control the ignition coils. One way is that the ignition coils are "digital" and have built-in final stages. Ie that they are controlled with a 0-5 volt signal. If this is the case, select as few outputs, such as "4 ignition outputs", then you have more options for controlling your ignition coils. If, on the other hand, you have a "stupid" ignition coil that must have a built-in end stage in the box, select the number of outputs that you have ignition coils, or preferably a little more as they can control other components as well.

    Map sensor
Here you just have to choose the 400 kpa that is built into the box, it is only in extreme cases of tuning that something else is needed. 400 kpa can measure up to 3 bar charge pressure.

    plug
Here you can choose whether you want plugs for the box, they are the ones that fit the engine control itself. Of course, you should include that.

Primary trigger - Scans the crank
Here you can choose whether to use a VR (inductive sensor, wave signal) or a digital sensor (square signal, 0-5 or 0-12volts) You can measure an inductive sensor by ohming the signal lines (250-900 ohms). digital (hall sensor) cannot be ohmes, you need a scoop to check the signal. But if you can't ohme the wires, it's probably a digital sensor.

Secondary trigger - Scan on camshaft
Camshaft scans are often digital - You can control this in the same way as a primary trigger.

    EGT & knock sensor
Here you can choose if you want EGT (exhaust temperature) "module" in the box. Ie that the box is made ready for you to connect an EGT sensor , however, it must buy next door. The Knock module (Sensor for the ignition bank) can also be built to measure, however there are very few who choose to have this made and almost no one really gets it running. The sensor must also be purchased next door.

    LCD output - Digital display
You can get a digital display for VEMS, it's super cool and works really well. Here you choose whether the box should have output ready to insert the display. Choose between small display and large display for VEMS.

    Lamdasonde
I almost say you MUST have a broadband lamb probe with Vems. There are built-in broadband controllers so the box runs and adjusts the mix all the time. The lambda probe must be used for running-in and a cheap investment, which you get a lot from. Always choose to have wires & connectors as well as lambda probes included.

    SD card reader
If you are racing and would like to save data when you drive, you can have the box built in with the SD card which stores data. Really smart!

    What can VEMS motor control?

VEMS (Versatile Engine Management System) programmable engine control system is what its name promises is that it is a versatile management system that can be used for independent control and can replace virtually all OEM controls and handle many engine parameters and functions, such as camshaft digital / Analog, nitrous oxide control, high quality wideband control, Knock control and exhaust gas temperature with alarm and automatic turbo pressure adjustment and more fuel addition to protect the engine from overload / burn.

More than just another fuel injection computer, it can control sequential injection and ignition up to 8 cylinders, complete with 2 channel wideband lambda controller. It has features and performance that are only found in ECUs many times its price, and can be configured with a laptop or by directly connecting a keyboard and LCD screen. All firmware and software for updating / optimizing is free and can be downloaded online. New firmware will arrive approx. four times a year with new buckles features that are freely retrieved and installed.

    Autotune - Absolutely unique tools

Vems has some very unique features that make adjusting the engine's mixing ratio incredibly easy. First of all, it has built-in Wideband Controller, ie. that you can connect a WB probe directly to the motor control. This is a saving of DKK 845 as you do not have to buy a controller for DKK 1695 when the WB probe is connected and calibrated, the box is ready for you to set the "Live VE Analyzer" to adjust the fuel. It is an incredibly good tool that adjusts blend very precisely.

Remember you are always welcome to call and have a chat about what can be done for your particular car!

Below you can see all the features that VEMS has:
