Steeringwheel accessories

Steering wheel accessories are used to complete, adapt and improve the steering wheel in motorsport, trackday and performance cars.

Horn buttons are used to keep or add horn function when fitting a sports steering wheel or motorsport steering wheel. This is especially relevant when the original steering wheel is replaced and the car’s original horn contact can no longer be used. A correctly fitted horn button provides a simple and functional solution, so the horn can still be activated from the steering wheel.

Button holders are used for mounting extra buttons close to the steering wheel. These can be used for functions such as horn, launch control, pit limiter, radio, lights, washer, fan or other electrical functions in race and trackday cars. The advantage is that the driver can operate important functions without moving their hands unnecessarily far away from the steering wheel.

Steering wheel covers can be used to improve grip, comfort and steering wheel feel. This can be relevant on worn steering wheels, slippery steering wheels or in cars where better grip is desired during active driving. A good steering wheel cover can also protect the steering wheel from wear and provide a more comfortable contact surface during longer periods of driving.
