Choosing sport catalyst - 200 cells vs 400 cells

It is possible to choose between a 100, 200, 300-cell and a 400-cell sport catalyst. Etc. the difference between a 200 cell and a 400 cell is that there are larger "meshes" in 200 cells, and therefore it will be able to flow more. However, the 200 cells will not have the same catalytic effect and thus some will find it difficult to get through vision. Etc. Magnaflow 200 cells are built up of metallic material and have greater durability.

Is there a flow direction on a catalyst?

In general, it does not matter which direction a catalyst is put on. The exhaust gases can come from both directions. If there is flow direction on a catalyst there will be an arrow or written on the catalyst.
