Roll over valves

Roll over valves and vent valves are used in setups where a system needs to vent correctly and handle excess pressure without compromising safety, function or reliability. They are especially relevant in fuel systems, catch tanks, containers and other fluid-carrying or vented installations where pressure build-up, vapours or movement in the vehicle can create the need for a more controlled solution. In many projects, it is important that the system can release excess pressure while also reducing the risk of spillage or unwanted discharge during hard driving or if the car rolls over.

A roll over valve is typically used as a safety solution in motorsport, tuning and custom builds where the car is exposed to higher loads, rapid direction changes or, in the worst case, rollover. The valve is designed to restrict or shut off flow in certain situations, giving you a safer setup around tank venting and the fuel system.

Vent valves for pressure relief are used when a system needs to breathe and release excess pressure in a more controlled way. This is important in setups where pressure and vapours could otherwise cause problems with function, odour, seepage or unnecessary stress on the components.
