Clutch adapters

Clutch adapters are used in clutch and drivetrain projects where the standard parts do not fit together directly, or where there is a need to adapt different components to each other. They are typically used in conversions, motorsport, tuning, and custom builds where different gearboxes, clutch solutions, or engine setups are used compared to what the car originally came with. That is why clutch adapters are an important part of many projects where correct fitment and function cannot be achieved with standard components alone.

Depending on the design, a clutch adapter can be used to adapt the clutch mechanism, release system, flywheel, or other parts of the clutch setup so they work correctly together. This makes them relevant in projects where, for example, parts from different engine and gearbox platforms are combined, or where a performance clutch needs to fit a specific drivetrain solution. In this type of setup, precision is crucial, because even small deviations can affect clutch function, clearance, and durability.
