ACL Race conrod bearings for Toyota 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE engines with crankshaft ground 0.25 millimetres undersize. ACL Race Series is developed for tuning, performance and motorsport, where the bearings are exposed to higher loads, higher RPM and greater oil film demands than standard bearings.
ACL Race Series conrod bearings are manufactured from high-strength F781 trimetal material with hardened steel backing, copper/lead alloy and durable overlay coating. Material choice, heat transfer and oil distribution are developed to handle high cylinder pressures, high engine speeds and demanding operating conditions.
The bearings are the H.25 version, which means they are designed for a crankshaft ground 0.25 millimetres undersize. Correct measurement of the crankshaft, connecting rods and oil clearance is always recommended before installation.
