ACL Race main bearings for Toyota 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE engines with standard crankshaft and extra bearing clearance. The HX version has greater oil clearance than the standard H-STD version and is typically used for tuning, motorsport and performance engine builds where slightly increased clearance is desired under high load.
ACL Race Series is developed for high-load engines where higher demands are placed on the bearings than in standard engine rebuilds. The bearings are manufactured from ACL's F780 trimetal material, providing high load capacity, improved heat transfer and strong resistance to stress at high engine speeds and high cylinder pressure.
The HX version is suitable for engine builds where the engine builder requires additional oil clearance, for example at higher operating temperatures, increased load or specific bearing fitment requirements. The bearing design and oil distribution help maintain a stable oil film under heavy load.
