ACL Race main bearings for Toyota 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE engines with standard crankshaft and reduced oil clearance. ACL Race Series is developed for high-load engines and is often used for tuning, motorsport and performance engine builds where higher demands are placed on the bearings than in a standard rebuild.
ACL Race Series bearings are manufactured from ACL's F780 trimetal material with steel backing, copper/lead alloy and high-strength overlay. This combination provides high load capacity, improved heat transfer and good resistance to stress at high RPM and high cylinder pressure. ACL Race Series is developed for high-performance engines where stable tolerances and high load capacity are essential.
The H.025 version is used for standard crankshaft with approx. 0.001”/0.025 millimetres reduced oil clearance compared to H-STD. Correct measurement of the crankshaft, bearing tunnel and total oil clearance is essential, and the oil clearance must always be checked during engine assembly.
