AEM high volume fuel filter is a universal inline filter with -10AN connections, developed for fuel systems where high flow and efficient filtration are important. The filter is suitable for motorsport, tuning and high-performance fuel systems where the fuel must be filtered efficiently without unnecessary pressure drop.
The filter can filter particles down to 7 micron and has a flow capacity of up to 12.32 GPM at 45 PSI and 2.63 GPM at 6 PSI. This makes the filter relevant for powerful fuel systems with high demands for both fuel flow and protection of components such as the fuel pump, regulator and injectors.
The filter housing is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and has a black hard anodised finish. The end caps are made with -10AN female threads and O-ring grooves, helping to ensure a tight installation. O-rings and seals are made from Viton, which is suitable for petrol, alcohol, E85, methanol and other aggressive fuels.
With an outer diameter of 50.8 millimetres and a length of 254 millimetres, the filter is easy to position in many different fuel systems. The filter element can be replaced, making the filter service-friendly when maintaining the fuel system.
