The Aeromotive Extreme Flow EFI fuel pressure regulator is designed for high-performance EFI fuel systems with exceptionally high fuel flow requirements. It is ideal for motorsport, drag racing, circuit racing and other applications using high-capacity electric or mechanical fuel pumps. Its high flow capacity makes it the perfect choice for fuel systems supporting high horsepower and heavy fuel demand.
The regulator features a high-flow 0.313" (5/16") valve and seat assembly, optimised for electric fuel pumps with flow capacities of approximately 2.5-6.0 GPM and mechanical fuel pumps up to 6.0 GPM. The compact 2-port design features two ORB-10 inlets and one ORB-10 return port, providing maximum flexibility when installing custom EFI fuel systems for motorsport applications.
Fuel pressure is adjustable from 30 to 120 PSI using the supplied springs. The standard spring covers 30-75 PSI, while the included high-pressure spring extends the adjustment range to 75-120 PSI. The regulator also features a 1:1 vacuum/boost reference, allowing fuel pressure to track manifold pressure and maintain a constant pressure differential across the injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions. It is compatible with petrol, E85, ethanol and methanol.
The housing is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and features a hard-anodised, PTFE-impregnated finish for outstanding corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding motorsport environments.
The regulator is supplied complete with a mounting bracket and vacuum/boost reference fittings and is engineered for demanding motorsport applications where maximum flow capacity and stable fuel pressure regulation are essential.
