The Aeromotive X1 Series EFI fuel pressure regulator is designed for high-performance EFI fuel systems where precise fuel pressure control is essential. The regulator is ideal for motorsport, drag racing, circuit racing and other high-performance applications using electric fuel pumps. Its compact design combines high flow capacity with precise pressure regulation and excellent installation flexibility.
The regulator features two AN8 ORB inlet/outlet ports and one AN8 ORB return port, making it suitable for both single and dual fuel rail configurations. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference ensures that fuel pressure follows manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions.
Fuel pressure is adjustable from 35 to 75 PSI and the regulator is optimised for EFI fuel systems using electric fuel pumps with capacities of up to approximately 150 GPH. In addition, the regulator features a 1/8" NPT gauge port, making it easy to monitor and fine-tune fuel pressure.
The housing is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and features a hard-anodised, PTFE-impregnated finish for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in demanding motorsport environments. The X1 platform also allows the regulator to be upgraded later for higher flow capacity or carburettor applications using Aeromotive X1 conversion kits without modifying the fuel system plumbing.
The regulator is supplied complete with a mounting bracket, vacuum fitting and gauge port plug and is engineered for professional motorsport and high-performance applications.
