AFR gauges
AFR gauges are used to monitor the engine’s air/fuel ratio and are an important part of many turbo cars, performance cars, motorsport cars and custom builds. An AFR gauge makes it possible to follow whether the engine is running too rich, too lean or within the desired range, which is important for performance, tuning and reliability.
In many setups, AFR gauges are used together with wideband lambda systems so the driver or tuner can read the mixture more precisely at idle, cruise, load and full throttle. This makes AFR gauges relevant for troubleshooting, adjustment and monitoring of engine operation.
When choosing an AFR gauge, it is important to look at compatibility, sensor solution and the specific application, so you get a solution that fits the car and setup correctly.
