Aluminium heat shield 1000x1000 mm

This flexible aluminium heat shield is easy to bend, shape and install – a highly effective way to protect against radiant heat. It is ideal for use underneath the vehicle to protect fuel tanks, bodywork and other components from heat generated by the exhaust system. It is equally suitable in the engine bay, where it helps protect against heat from the manifold, turbo and other hot components.

Once installed, it provides a professional and original-looking finish, similar to the heat protection used by vehicle manufacturers.

The lightweight aluminium reflects and absorbs radiant heat effectively and does not rust.

Continuous temperature resistance: up to 600°C.

Maximum short-term temperature resistance: up to 1100°C.
