Billet Turbo Actuator & Internal Wastegate – Billet Aluminium (0.5–1.4 Bar / Blue)

This billet turbo actuator, precision CNC-machined from billet aluminium, provides accurate, reliable and consistent boost control for turbocharged engines. It is ideal for high-performance street cars, track cars and motorsport applications where stable boost pressure is essential.

The actuator begins to move at approximately 0.5 bar, providing early and precise wastegate control. Depending on preload and setup, it can be used within an operating range of approximately 0.5–1.4 bar, allowing you to fine-tune boost pressure to suit your engine configuration. Its fast response helps maintain stable boost control while reducing the risk of boost spikes.

Manufactured from CNC-machined billet aluminium, the actuator combines high strength, low weight and excellent durability. The blue anodised finish provides outstanding resistance to corrosion and wear while adding a premium motorsport appearance. It is suitable for upgraded turbochargers and performance engines, including vehicles such as the Ford Escort RS Cosworth and many other turbocharged applications.
