Reinforcement for the front sway bar mount on BMW E46. The part is used to repair and reinforce the original mounting points for the sway bar, which are often exposed to load from hard driving, lowered suspension, stronger sway bars and motorsport.
The reinforcement is developed for BMW E46 and shaped for better fitment to the car’s chassis and mounting area around the front sway bar mount. It is relevant for drift, trackday, rally, KJS and regular road cars where the original mounts may become weakened by load, rust or age.
The parts are made from 3 millimetre S355 steel and produced with laser cutting and CNC bending for precise fitment and high strength. The reinforcement must be welded in place during installation.
During installation, it is recommended to check the area around the front suspension and sway bar mounting points for cracks, rust or deformation before welding the reinforcement onto the car.
