Bosch injector 1200cc

1200cc Bosch injector for tuning, turbo engines and motorsport where a higher fuel volume is required than a standard injector can deliver. The injector is typically used for performance builds, aftermarket engine management systems and turbo engines where stable fuel delivery and correct injector capacity are important.

The injector is a Bosch 12 ohm injector, which is E85 and M100 compatible and can handle several fuel types due to its internal stainless steel components.

This Bosch EV14C injector type is a compact injector that can be used with adapters to achieve the required installation length. The injector is supplied with adapters and can, among other options, be built from EV14C compact length to EV14L long length.

When used with petrol, the injector can be calculated to support approximately 157 horsepower per cylinder, while on E85 it can be calculated to support approximately 137 horsepower per cylinder. E85 typically requires more fuel volume than petrol for the same power output, which means the possible power per injector will be lower on E85. The figures are indicative and based on turbo engines with approximately 90% duty cycle.

Note:
Correct tuning and injector data in the engine management system are required when installing larger injectors. Always check connector type, length and compatibility with the fuel rail and intake before installation.

Note:
If the injector is used with methanol, it should be flushed through with regular fuel after use. It should not be left with methanol in the system for longer periods.
