This surge tank is designed for installation in approved fuel cells with a standardised 24-bolt pattern and fits fuel cells from manufacturers such as ATL and Fuel Safe. This makes it suitable for motorsport, performance cars and custom builds where a more stable fuel supply is required during hard acceleration, cornering and other demanding driving conditions.
The design focuses on low weight, high quality and robust construction. The surge tank is CNC-machined from aluminium alloy and supplied with stainless steel bolts for long service life and an attractive finish. It is designed for dual fuel pump installation, allowing the creation of a high-capacity fuel system for demanding setups.
The surge tank can be used with several popular fuel pumps, including Walbro 342, GST450, GST525, DeatschWerks DW400 and AEM 320 lph E85. Fuel pumps are not included.
