DeatschWerks DWR1000 is a high-performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator designed for gasoline, E85, methanol, and ethanol fuel systems where stable fuel pressure is essential for maximum engine performance. It is ideal for everything from high-powered street cars to track cars, drift cars, and professional motorsport applications requiring exceptional precision and reliability.
The advanced internal design provides fast and precise fuel pressure control, ensuring a stable fuel supply at idle, part throttle, and full load. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference allows fuel pressure to track manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors.
Fuel pressure is adjustable from 30 to 120 PSI, making the regulator suitable for a wide range of EFI fuel systems. Adjustment is made using a precision ball-bearing mechanism that changes pressure by approximately 2 PSI per turn, allowing accurate and repeatable fine-tuning.
The DWR1000 is CNC-machined from T6061 aluminium and features a durable titanium anodized finish. It includes a flexible multi-directional mounting bracket for easy installation in both engine bays and rear-mounted fuel systems. The four AN8 ORB ports provide excellent flexibility when designing the fuel system, while the AN6 ORB return port suits most EFI installations. The regulator supports fuel flow up to 1,000 litres per hour and is rated for EFI engines producing up to approximately 2,000 hp on E85 and up to approximately 2,500 hp on gasoline.
