Thermostatically Controlled Relay Kit – 85 Degrees

This thermostatically controlled relay kit is a simple and practical solution when you want to control a fan or an oil pump automatically based on temperature. The kit is typically used in cooling systems or oil cooling setups where you want the cooling to start only when the temperature reaches a certain level.

When the sensor registers 85 degrees, it activates the relay, which can then start for example an electric fan or an oil pump for cooling. When the temperature drops again, the system switches off at 76 degrees. This provides automatic and reliable control, so the cooling only runs when needed.

The sensor can be mounted in, for example, the oil pan or in the coolant system, depending on how your setup is built. For the best possible function, the sensor/thermostat should be mounted on the outlet side of the cooler. This makes the kit suitable for tuning, motorsport, and custom-built solutions where a simple temperature-controlled activation is required.

The kit is supplied complete with everything shown in the picture and is designed for easy installation.
