Fuelab 51502 is a compact, high-performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator developed for high-performance street cars, motorsport, and other EFI fuel systems where precise fuel pressure control is essential. CNC-machined from billet aluminium, the regulator combines high flow capacity, accurate pressure regulation, and long service life in a compact design.
The internal bypass design ensures stable fuel pressure at idle, part throttle, and full load. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference allows fuel pressure to follow manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors. The regulator is compatible with gasoline, E85, ethanol, methanol, and diesel, making it suitable for both street and motorsport applications.
Fuel pressure is infinitely adjustable from 25 to 90 PSI (approximately 1.7–6.2 bar). The fine-pitch adjustment screw makes precise fuel pressure adjustments quick and easy. The regulator features two AN6 ORB inlet ports and one AN6 ORB return port, providing excellent flexibility when building EFI fuel systems.
Fuelab 51502 is supplied with a flexible stainless steel mounting bracket, a 1/8" NPT gauge port with a plug, and a 1/8" NPT vacuum/boost port with a hose fitting. The anodized finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability, even in demanding environments.
