Injector Dynamics ID1050X petrol injectors for tuning, turbo engines and motorsport, where high flow capacity, precise fuel delivery and good control at both low and high load are required. ID1050X is a popular performance injector for engines where standard injectors can no longer supply the required fuel volume.
This set consists of 4 injectors with 60 millimetre length, 14 millimetre top adapter and USCAR connector. The injectors are top-feed and are suitable for selected engines from BMW, Holden, Nissan, Pontiac, Porsche and Toyota, where length, connector type and O-ring dimensions match.
When used with petrol, the injectors can be calculated for approx. 138 horsepower per cylinder, while on E85 they can be calculated for approx. 120 horsepower per cylinder. E85 typically requires more fuel volume than petrol for the same power output, which means the possible output per injector will be lower on E85. The figures are indicative and based on turbo engines with approx. 90% duty cycle.
