Front-mounted intercooler kit for VAG 1.8T models, designed for easy installation and well suited for both standard vehicle upgrades and lighter tuning projects. Compared with the original setup, this kit provides improved cooling efficiency, which can help reduce intake temperatures and create a better foundation for stable performance and extra horsepower.
With this intercooler kit, the pipe is routed from the turbocharger in the engine bay and down along the side near the battery tray. This provides a practical solution that works well for projects where a front-mounted intercooler with sensible installation and reliable function is desired.
The kit can be used for setups of up to approximately 300 hp and is therefore an excellent choice for 1.8T projects where improved cooling and increased airflow are wanted.
