King CR6754XPDC STDX connecting rod bearings for Toyota 1JZ-GE, 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE engines with standard crankshaft. This is an XPDC connecting rod bearing set in standard size (STD) with extra oil clearance for engine builds, tuning and motorsport where greater oil clearance is required than with ordinary STD bearings.
The King XPDC series combines King’s XP trimetal bearing technology with pMaxBlack surface and pMaxKote coating. This provides high load capacity, good wear resistance and extra protection during start-up, boundary lubrication and demanding operation.
The D designation in CR6754XPDC stands for dowel. This means the bearings are intended for connecting rods with a dowel pin/locating point, where the bearing shell must be positioned correctly in relation to the connecting rod. The dowel part is therefore about physical positioning and retention of the bearing.
The STDX version is for standard crankshaft, but with extra oil clearance compared with ordinary STD bearings. It must therefore not be confused with CR6754XPDC STD, which is for standard crankshaft with standard oil clearance.
