Nuke Performance CFC Unit is a low profile Competition Fuel Cell Unit with integrated fuel surge tank and fuel pump hanger. It is developed for motorsport, trackdays, time attack and drifting, where low weight, stable fuel supply and high safety are essential.
The CFC Unit is installed directly in an aftermarket fuel cell with standard 6 x 10” 24-bolt fill plate pattern. The solution works as an integrated drop-in surge tank and replaces the need for an external surge tank, reducing the number of external hoses, fittings and fuel pumps.
The integrated fuel surge tank has a volume of approximately 2.0 litres and keeps the high-pressure pumps supplied with fuel during hard driving. The system is developed to reduce the risk of fuel starvation during acceleration, braking and cornering forces, where standard fuel systems can struggle to maintain constant fuel flow.
The CFC Unit supports one lift pump inside the fuel cell and one or two internal high-pressure fuel pumps in the integrated surge tank. The design fits most common 39 millimetre fuel pumps as well as larger pumps such as DeatschWerks DW400, Walbro GST400, GST450, GST520, Bosch BR540 and Aeromotive Stealth 450.
The oversized AN-10 ORB outlet combines the flow from the internal high-pressure pumps into one common fuel line, while the return port is AN-8 ORB. The CFC Unit is also equipped with electrical bulkheads with 6 millimetre bolt connections, allowing the pumps to be supplied safely even with high current draw.
The unit is compatible with petrol, methanol, ethanol and E85. This makes it suitable for serious motorsport builds and high-performance fuel systems where a compact, lightweight and professional solution directly in the fuel cell is required.
Note:
Fuel pumps are not included and must be selected separately. Outlet and return fittings are not included and must be selected separately according to the desired AN size. Fuel level sender is not included, but the CFC Unit fits most fuel level senders with a 5-bolt SAE pattern.
