Nuke Performance FPR100m is a high-performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator developed for motorsport and high-performance street cars where stable fuel pressure is essential for maximum performance. Developed in collaboration with motorsport teams and fuel pump manufacturers, it is engineered to deliver precise fuel pressure control even under the most demanding conditions.
The large internal diaphragm and optimized high-flow design provide minimal pressure drop and a flow capacity of up to 1,000 LPH. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference ensures that fuel pressure follows manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions.
Fuel pressure is continuously adjustable from 30 to 100 PSI (2–7 bar). Adjustment is made using a precision ball-bearing mechanism that changes pressure by approximately 2 PSI per turn, making fine adjustment simple and highly accurate. The regulator is designed for EFI engines producing approximately 500–1,200 horsepower and is compatible with gasoline, E85, ethanol, and methanol.
FPR100m is CNC-machined from aluminum with anodized components and includes a heavy-duty stainless steel mounting bracket. The dual AN8 ORB inlet ports make the regulator suitable for both inline and V engines, while the additional inlet can be sealed using the supplied ORB plug for single-inlet installations. The front-mounted 1/8" NPT port provides easy access for installing a fuel pressure gauge or sensor.
