Nuke Performance FPR100x is an ultra high-performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator developed for motorsport and high-performance engines with extremely high fuel demand. Designed in collaboration with international motorsport teams and fuel pump manufacturers, it delivers maximum flow capacity, precise fuel pressure control, and uncompromising reliability under the most demanding conditions.
The large 46 mm fiber-reinforced diaphragm and optimized high-flow design minimize pressure drop while providing a free-flow capacity of up to 1,000 LPH. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference ensures that fuel pressure follows manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions.
Fuel pressure is continuously adjustable from 30 to 120 PSI (2–8 bar). Adjustment is made using a precision ball-bearing mechanism that changes pressure by approximately 2 PSI per turn, allowing simple and extremely accurate fine adjustment. The regulator is designed for EFI engines producing approximately 700–2,000+ horsepower and is compatible with gasoline, E85, ethanol, and methanol.
FPR100x is CNC-machined from aluminum with anodized components and includes a heavy-duty stainless steel mounting bracket. The dual AN10 ORB inlet ports make the regulator ideal for both inline and V engines, while the supplied ORB plug allows single-inlet installation. The front-mounted 1/8" NPT port provides easy installation of a fuel pressure gauge or sensor.
