Nuke Performance fuel rail for Volvo 5-cylinder White Engine engines found in Volvo 850, S70, V70, V70N, C70, S60 and S80. The fuel rail is developed for tuning, motorsport and performance builds where high flow capacity, AN fuel hoses and modern performance injectors are required.
The fuel rail is CNC-machined from aluminium with an oversized internal flow chamber and low weight. The construction provides high and stable fuel supply even at high power targets and demanding motorsport use.
The fuel rail is supplied with mounting brackets for the OEM Volvo 5-cylinder White Engine intake manifold and allows the use of AN fuel hoses and aftermarket injectors on Volvo T5 engines.
The fuel rail is intended for Bosch EV14L top feed injectors in 65 millimetre length. It is equipped with Nuke Performance injector safety clips, which help keep the injectors securely retained in the fuel rail even under high fuel pressure or hard load.
Both ends of the fuel rail have 8AN ORB ports, allowing high fuel flow and flexible connection of AN fittings, regulator and aftermarket fuel systems. In addition, there is an extra 6AN ORB side port for example for a sensor, regulator or extra connection.
The fuel rail is compatible with all types of fuel, including petrol, ethanol, methanol and E85.
