Oil pressure gauge pipe for installation of mechanical oil pressure gauges. The pipe connects the engine's oil pressure outlet to the oil pressure gauge, making it possible to read the current oil pressure directly on the instrument.
A mechanical oil pressure gauge pipe is often used on classic cars, custom builds and motorsport projects where direct mechanical measurement is desired without the use of electrical sensors. The pipe can be routed from the engine to the dashboard as required and is supplied with adapters for several common thread types.
The pipe is suitable for replacing worn or damaged oil pressure lines as well as for installing new mechanical oil pressure gauges. During installation, it is recommended to secure the pipe against vibration and heat from the exhaust system to ensure long service life.
Note:
For oil only. Must not be used for fuel, brake fluid or other media. Mechanical pressure lines should be installed correctly to avoid leaks.
