Original 1.8T Turbo Manifold - High Flow (Longitudinal Engine)

Manifold for mounting the original K04 & K03 turbocharger with increased flow. The original 1.8T manifolds tend to crack after many kilometres of use and are almost impossible to weld properly again. This manifold is designed as a strong and efficient replacement for VAG models with longitudinal engines, compatible with both original and upgraded turbochargers.

This turbo manifold fits all longitudinal 1.8T engine codes such as AEB, APU, AWM, AVJ, BFB, BEX, and AWT – commonly found in Audi A4, A6, and VW Passat models.

The turbo manifold features significantly larger runners for optimal exhaust gas flow, about 35% larger than the OEM manifold, providing improved performance. Note that the larger ports can make installation slightly more difficult due to reduced space around bolts and nuts.

Remember to use a new manifold gasket, stud bolts (M10x90mm), and 1.8T fitting kit when replacing this manifold.
