Qualitec EFI fuel pressure regulator with 8 millimeter hose barb fittings

Qualitec adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator is designed for high-performance EFI fuel systems where precise fuel pressure control is essential for both performance and reliability. With an adjustable pressure range of 30–100 PSI (2.07–6.89 bar), the regulator is suitable for both OEM and modified EFI systems in cars, motorcycles, and motorsport vehicles.

The internal bypass design ensures stable and precise fuel pressure regulation during idle, part throttle, and full load. The regulator is compatible with gasoline, E85, and alcohol-based fuels, making it suitable for a wide range of performance and motorsport applications.

The compact design makes the regulator particularly suitable for fuel systems with low to moderate flow capacity, providing stable regulation without taking up unnecessary space in the engine bay.

The regulator features two AN6 ORB inlet ports and one AN6 ORB return port. The integrated 1:1 vacuum/boost reference ensures that fuel pressure follows manifold pressure, maintaining a constant pressure differential across the fuel injectors under both vacuum and boost conditions. The integrated 1/8" NPT port allows the installation of a fuel pressure gauge or fuel pressure sensor, making it easy to monitor and fine-tune fuel pressure.

The CNC-machined billet aluminum body combines low weight, high strength, and long service life. The included reversible mounting bracket allows the regulator to be mounted horizontally or vertically, providing excellent installation flexibility even where space is limited. The regulator is supplied complete with two 8 mm hose barbs with O-rings and one AN6 ORB plug, making it ready for installation in fuel systems using 8 mm fuel hose.
