Radium Engineering Mazda MZR/Ford Duratec fuel rail is CNC machined from extruded 6063 aluminium, black anodised and laser etched for an attractive and durable surface finish. The fuel rail is developed as a quality upgrade for performance and motorsport use where a stronger and more flexible fuel solution than the original is desired.
Like the original fuel rails, the injector bores have a 14 millimetre internal diameter, allowing the use of original injectors. Provisions for the original injector clips are also included so the injectors can be retained correctly.
The fuel rail is compatible with all fuel types, including alcohol-based fuels such as E85. Spacers and washers are included to help provide thermal insulation between the fuel rail and cylinder head.
The fuel rail ports are threaded for -8AN ORB fittings, providing good options for setup with AN fittings, regulator, hoses and upgraded fuel system.
