Radium Engineering Nissan 4-cylinder injector seats 25 mm

Radium Engineering Nissan 4-cylinder injector seats are CNC-machined aluminium adapters for fuel systems, designed to convert Nissan intake manifolds from side-feed to top-feed injector solutions. Each injector seat provides a precise mounting and sealing surface for the injector in the intake manifold via a machined bore surface and integrated FKM O-ring.

The 25 millimetre version is used in applications such as Nissan RB25DET, SR20DET S14/S15 and SR20VE FWD, where it ensures correct and stable injector installation in combination with aftermarket fuel rails and top-feed setups. Each seat installs directly into the intake manifold and seals against the injector bore to ensure proper fuel system integrity and stable operation.

They are manufactured from 6061 aluminium and anodized for high durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for 14 millimetre lower injector O-rings and sold as a set of 4 green injector seats.

Installation requires a clean and properly machined intake bore as well as correct lubrication of the O-ring prior to installation.
