Radium Engineering top feed fuel rail kit for Nissan S13 with SR20DET engine. The kit is used to convert the original side feed fuel system to top feed injectors and is a relevant upgrade for tuning, larger injectors, E85, turbo and motorsport.
The fuel rail is designed for the Nissan SR20DET S13 intake manifold in RWD configuration and provides a more flexible fuel setup than the original system. The top feed conversion makes it easier to use modern performance injectors and build a fuel system with higher flow capacity.
The fuel rail is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium and has a large 0.69" internal flow chamber, which can support high power targets and larger fuel volume. The black satin anodised finish makes it compatible with petrol, ethanol and E85.
The fuel rail has 3 8AN ORB ports located at both ends and at the bottom, giving good options for connecting AN fittings, regulator, fuel pulse damper or another custom fuel setup. In addition, there is a 1/8" NPT port at the top for example for a pressure gauge or sensor.
The kit uses 34 millimetre tall top feed injectors with 14 millimetre O-ring at the top and bottom. The included 30 millimetre injector seats are pressed into the manifold and provide a tight and secure injector installation. The kit makes it possible to use modern high flow injectors from brands such as Injector Dynamics, DeatschWerks and RC Engineering.
The fuel rail mounts to the original mounting points on the manifold using the included stainless brackets and bolts. The original OEM spacers must be reused for correct height and thermal insulation.
Also fits several aftermarket intake manifolds that use the original fuel rail location. Radium does, however, always recommend checking compatibility with the specific manifold.
Injectors and fittings are not included.
