Radium Engineering top feed fuel rail kit for Nissan S14 and S15 with SR20DET engine. The kit is used to convert the original side feed fuel system to top feed injectors and is a relevant upgrade for tuning, larger injectors, E85, turbo and motorsport.
The fuel rail is designed for the original SR20DET S14/S15 intake manifold and provides a more flexible fuel setup than the original system. The top feed conversion makes it easier to use modern performance injectors and build a fuel system with higher flow capacity.
The fuel rail is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium, black anodised and has 3 8AN ORB ports, giving good options for connecting AN fittings, regulator, pressure gauge or another fuel setup as needed.
The kit uses 34 millimetre tall top feed injectors with 14 millimetre O-ring at the top and bottom. The included 25 millimetre injector seats are pressed into the manifold and provide a tight and secure injector installation. Thermal insulating spacers and washers are also included, helping to reduce heat transfer from the engine to the fuel rail.
On this S14/S15 version, an IACV spacer kit, IACV gasket, IACV hose barb adapter, rubber hose, OEM clamp and stainless mounting bolts are included. This provides the required clearance for the fuel rail and makes the installation more complete when converting from the original side feed system.
Injectors and fittings are not included.
