This fuel rail from Radium Engineering is developed for Volkswagen and Audi 1.8T 20V engines and provides stable and efficient fuel supply for both standard and high-performance engine setups. The fuel rail fits both turbo and non-turbo 1.8L 20V engines. The larger internal diameter of 0.7" ensures high flow and makes it suitable for engines with increased power, larger turbo or upgraded fuel systems.
The fuel rail is manufactured from lightweight aluminium with an anodised surface, providing high resistance to corrosion and wear. It can be used with both OEM and aftermarket injectors, as the injector bores have the same diameter as OEM injectors (14 millimeter). Installation does not require special tools, and with the included spacers it can be adapted to different intake manifolds.
The ports in the fuel rail are threaded for -8AN ORB, providing flexible connection options for fittings, fuel pressure regulators, pressure gauges or pulse dampers depending on the desired setup. Suitable fittings must be selected for the specific installation.
The fuel rail can also be used when converting from a returnless to a return fuel system.
