SEAT Ibiza 1.8 turbo 2007

Below you can see a project we completed on a 2007 SEAT Ibiza 1.8 turbo with e-gas.

Result: 288 horsepower. Possibility of 340 horsepower by porting the cylinder head and fitting different camshafts.

On the car, we custom-made and fitted a range of performance upgrades, including a larger fuel pump, custom-built exhaust manifold, GT2860 RS turbo with potential up to approx. 340 hp, custom-made downpipe with V-band flange and 3" stainless steel exhaust up to the rear silencer.

In addition, we custom-made intercooler pipes, hoses and pipes for water cooling of the turbo, as well as a custom-made oil return line. The car was also upgraded with 441 ml injectors and a 3" mass air flow sensor from an Audi TT 225 hp. After installation, the car was run in, adjusted and chip tuned, so engine management, boost pressure, fuel and ignition were adapted to the new setup.
