Shipped with another order

With the product Shipped with another order, you can combine multiple purchases into one single shipment and avoid unnecessary shipping costs. This solution is ideal if you already have an active order with us and wish to add additional items that should be shipped together.

When adding this product to your cart, you must first enter your previous order number in the designated field. You can then complete your new purchase as usual. We will combine two or more orders and ship them together.

After placing your order, please send us an email informing us that the orders should be combined. Once we receive your message, we will remove the shipping costs from the new order to ensure you are not charged twice.

This product can only be used if there is an existing order that has not yet been shipped.

Important information regarding shipping payment

We do not refund a shipping amount when you choose to combine orders. Our payment system only places a reservation on the full amount at the time of ordering. When we process your order and remove the shipping cost, the final amount charged is simply adjusted without the shipping fee.

This means you will not receive a separate refund – the reserved amount is automatically adjusted so you only pay for the products.
