Simons catback exhaust for Audi TT 8N 2WD with 1.8T 180 hp engine. The system fits both Coupé and Roadster models from 1998–2006 and is designed for front-wheel drive models. It gives the car a significantly sportier appearance in both sound and styling, without compromising everyday comfort. The sound is deeper and fuller than the original system, while still remaining controlled and suitable for both daily driving and longer journeys.
This sports exhaust system replaces the exhaust from the catalytic converter and backwards. The exhaust is designed as a complete catback system, replacing the original rear section of the exhaust. The system is constructed with a larger pipe diameter than standard, providing improved flow, reduced backpressure and the potential for better engine response and power utilisation – especially on optimised or tuned engines.
The system is manufactured from stainless steel and features a 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter, equivalent to 2.5". It is a complete Simons sports system where the individual components are developed to fit together as a complete kit.
