Simons catback sports exhaust for Saab 9-3 1.8T, 2.0T and Aero SportSedan, SportCombi and Cabriolet from 2004-2014 with the small 58 litre fuel tank. The system is manufactured from stainless steel and has a 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter and an 85/150 millimetre tailpipe, giving the car a sportier appearance and a deeper exhaust sound.
The system is developed as a complete kit that fits the catalytic converter/flex pipe and is installed rearwards on the car. The larger pipe diameter provides better flow and lower back pressure than a standard exhaust system, making it suitable for tuning, motorsport and projects where a sportier exhaust sound is desired.
The Simons system also fits BioPower models. On non-Aero models, the bumper must be modified or replaced, as the system has larger sports tailpipes.
