Simons catback sports exhaust for Volvo 850, S70 and V70 sedan and estate with 2.0-2.5 litre petrol engines from 126 to 170 hp. The system is mounted after the catalytic converter and is developed as a complete solution with improved flow and classic Simons sound. The system fits Volvo 850 1991-1997 as well as Volvo S70 and V70 1997-2000.
The exhaust is made from chrome steel and has a 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter. The larger pipe diameter provides better flow and lower back pressure than the standard exhaust, contributing to more direct engine response and a sportier sound character. The large 100 millimetre tailpipe gives the car a classic Simons look that fits the iconic Volvo 850, S70 and V70 models perfectly.
The system is E-marked. This means that the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s overall setup and local regulations allow it.
Note:
The system cannot be fitted to cars with the type of factory-fitted parking heater/cabin heater located underneath the car by the silencer.
