This Simons catback sports exhaust is developed for Volvo S40 and V40 1.8 and 2.0 models from 1996-2000. The system is mounted from the catalytic converter and backwards, replacing the original rear section of the exhaust with a more free-flowing system that improves exhaust flow and gives the car a sportier sound and appearance.
The catback system is made from chrome steel and has a pipe diameter of 63.5 millimetres. The larger pipework helps reduce back pressure in the exhaust system, while the twin 80 millimetre tailpipes give the car a distinct and sporty look.
