The exhaust is made from stainless steel, which provides high resistance to rust and corrosion as well as long service life during both daily driving and more demanding use. The large 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter provides improved flow compared to the original system and helps reduce back pressure after the turbo. This can contribute to faster spool-up, more efficient gas evacuation and more direct engine response.
The system is equipped with duplex 100 millimetre + 100 millimetre tailpipes, giving the car a distinctive and sporty rear appearance. At the same time, it provides a deeper and fuller sound without compromising comfort during normal driving. Simons uses free-flowing silencers developed to combine low back pressure with a pleasant sporty sound character.
The system is E-marked. This means the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s remaining setup and local regulations allow it.
