Simons catback sports exhaust for Volvo S60 Turbo AWD 2.4T and 2.5T from 2000-2009. The system is fitted from the catalytic converter and backwards and is supplied as a complete kit developed specifically for the all-wheel-drive S60 AWD models.
The exhaust is made from stainless steel, which provides high resistance to rust and corrosion as well as long service life. The system uses 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter combined with 2 x 50.8 millimetre pipework, providing improved flow compared to a standard exhaust system and helping reduce back pressure after the turbo.
On turbocharged engines, freer exhaust flow can contribute to faster gas evacuation, better response and a sportier sound. The single 100 millimetre tailpipe gives the Volvo S60 a clean and sporty rear appearance, while the system remains compatible with the car’s original AWD layout.
The system is E-marked. This means the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s remaining setup and local regulations allow it.
