Simons catback sports exhaust for Volvo S60 and V60 2.0T/T3/T4/T5/T6 2WD/AWD from model years 2010-2018. The system is made from stainless steel and has a 76 millimetre pipe diameter, which splits into 2 x 63.5 millimetre pipes towards the rear silencers. The tailpipes are duplex with a 90 millimetre outlet on each side.
The Simons catback sports system is a model-specific exhaust system for Volvo S60 and V60 Turbo, giving the car a more sporty appearance, deeper sound and better flow than a standard exhaust system. The stainless steel construction provides good durability, while the duplex outlet with 90 millimetre tailpipes gives the car a more distinctive and symmetrical performance look.
The system is mounted after the original front silencer. It also fits R-Design, but models without a cut-out for the right tailpipe require the diffuser to be modified or replaced. For 2WD models, the pipe routing must match Simons’ image A.
The system is E-marked. This means the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s remaining setup and local rules allow it.
