Simons catback sports exhaust for Volvo V90 and S90 D3, D4 and D5 2WD/4WD from 2017-. The system is a complete kit that fits the original downpipe and mounts from the downpipe/catalytic converter area and rearwards. It gives the car a model-specific stainless steel exhaust with better flow, lower back pressure and a more distinctive look than the original exhaust.
The exhaust is made from stainless steel, providing high durability and strong resistance to rust, moisture and road salt. This makes the system especially suitable for Volvo V90 and S90, where the car is often used all year round in changing conditions.
The system has 76 millimetre main pipework, which splits into 2 x 63.5 millimetre pipes, as well as dual 2 x 90 millimetre tailpipes on both the left and right side. The Simons system fits the original diffuser with integrated exhaust trims if these are removed. With another spoiler/diffuser, adjustment or cutting must be expected.
