Simons catback sports exhaust for Volvo XC90 2.5T, T6, D5 and V8 model years 2003-2014. The system is a complete kit that fits the catalytic converter and is developed for the XC90 model. It gives the car a model-specific stainless steel exhaust with better flow, lower back pressure, a sportier sound and a more distinctive look than the original exhaust.
The exhaust is made from stainless steel, providing high durability and strong resistance to rust, moisture and road salt. This makes the system suitable for Volvo XC90, where the car is often used all year round in changing conditions.
The system has 63.5 millimetre main pipework, which splits into 2 x 50.8 millimetre pipes, as well as duplex 2 x 80 millimetre + 2 x 80 millimetre tailpipes. The visible duplex rear section on both sides gives the car a more sporty and exclusive look, while Simons maintains a well-balanced sound character.
The spoiler must be adjusted at the right tailpipe, and the spare wheel must be removed during mounting. The individual parts in the system can be purchased separately, but do not fit together with the original system, as they are developed for mounting as a complete kit.
