Simons 026-H7R is a complete stainless steel catback sports exhaust for Volkswagen Corrado 1.8 16V, 1.8 G60, 2.0 8V, 2.0 16V and 2.9 VR6 from 1991-1995. The system fits the catalytic converter and is developed as a complete sports system with lower back pressure, a sportier sound and a more distinctive appearance.
The exhaust is made from stainless steel and has a 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter and a 90/120 millimetre tailpipe. This gives the Corrado a classic sporty rear look while maintaining good model-specific fitment.
On 1.8 16V and 1.8 G60, the system fits from chassis number 50-N-000 001 onwards.
The system is E-marked. This means that the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s other setup and local regulations allow it.
