Simons 040-HEDR is a complete stainless steel catback sports exhaust for Volkswagen Passat B6/3C 1.8TSI and 2.0TFSI from 2005-2010. The system fits sedan, estate and CC and is installed from the catalytic converter/flex pipe and backwards.

The exhaust is made from stainless steel and has a 76 millimetre pipe diameter and duplex 2 x 80 millimetre tailpipes. This gives the Passat B6 a sportier rear appearance, a deeper sound and better flow than a standard exhaust system.

The system is E-marked. This means that the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s other setup and local regulations allow it.
