Simons rear silencer for Volvo S60 and V60 diesel from 2010-2018. The system fits D2, D3, D4, D5 and DRIVe models with both 2WD and AWD and is developed specifically for the S60/V60 diesel models. The system also fits R-Design.
The silencer is made from stainless steel, which provides high resistance to rust and corrosion as well as long service life. The system uses 2 x 63.5 millimetre pipe diameter and is equipped with duplex 100 millimetre + 100 millimetre tailpipes, giving the car a more distinctive and sporty rear appearance.
On models without a cut-out for the right tailpipe, the diffuser must be modified or replaced before the system can be fitted correctly. It is therefore important to check the car’s rear bumper, especially if the car only has a cut-out for one tailpipe from factory.
The system is E-marked. This means the exhaust is type-approved according to European requirements and can be used for road use where the car’s remaining setup and local regulations allow it.
